Leadership – Erin is one of three drum majors to take on this role during an important time—our very first year of having a band leadership team.

Respect – Erin’s demeanor is always respectful in her dealings with staff and other students.

Integrity – Erin is a student who does the right thing when no one is lookingthe very definition of integrity.

Excellence – Erin continues to strive to do her best, even under challenging circumstances, like learning a new instrument to participate in the musical pit orchestra.
