The Watertown-Mayer/Mound Westonka gymnastics team won the Section 5A Championship on Feb. 15

The Watertown-Mayer/Mound Westonka gymnastics team won the Section 5A Championship on Feb. 15 to qualify for state for the fourth consecutive year! The team is advancing to the state team competition on Friday, Feb. 23, and seven student-athletes qualified for the state individual competition on Saturday, Feb. 24. The state meet will be held at the University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion, with events starting at 11 a.m. both days.

State Meet Information
Adult admission to the state meet is $12, and student tickets are $8. No backpacks or outside food or beverages are allowed. More information is available at www.mshsl.org.

MWHS will be running a fan bus to the state meet for grades 8-12 on Friday, Feb. 23. The cost to ride is $11 (due to the Activities Office), which does not include admission to the state meet. Fill out the Google Form to sign up for the fan bus: https://goo.gl/o7KRzL
