Visitor information: If a student (11th/12th grade) plans to bring a student from another school to prom, they MUST complete the Dance Visitor Form and have it turned in before they can purchase your tickets for prom. No tickets will be sold without the form turned in and approved. Visitor forms can be found in the office and on the school’s website.

Prom is for juniors and seniors only.  However, the one exception is that a 10th grade student can go with a junior or senior as long as the 10th-grader completes the top portion of the visitor dance form. In order to purchase a ticket for a sophomore to prom, this form must be signed by parent/guardian and turned in before purchasing prom tickets.

Questions regarding visitor forms can be directed to Marty Fischer via email,

Any other questions can be addressed to Jamie Harms at or (952) 491-8259.
